- AFTER USE Rinse your menstrual cup with water.
- FOLDING Turn your Sinaya Cup inside out and place it inside the case.
- STORAGE Keep it sealed until ready for reinsertion.
Things to Remember:
1. It is best to consult with your physician before using the Sinaya Cup. 2. NEVER use the Sinaya Cup for more than 12 hours without emptying the contents. 3. NEVER use one Sinaya Cup for more than 5 years. It is best to change your cup every 2 years. 4. Due to the nature of the usage of the product, you cannot exchange or refund your Sinaya Cup once your purchases have been sent out unless there are factory defects on your products or incorrect fulfillment of your order. 5. The Sinaya Cup is NOT prewashed. You must sterilize your cup for the first use. 6. Do NOT resell or share your used Sinaya Cup. 7. The Sinaya Cup is NOT a contraceptive. It does not protect against pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases or infections. 8. For first-time use, if you experience cramps during your first days of menstruation, we recommend trying out the Sinaya Cup on days you do not have cramps, to ease the learning curve difficulties. 9. Most first-time users have difficulty inserting at the start. There is a normal learning curve for using period cups. Relax, read the instructions thoroughly and retry. 10. Once you get the hang of insertion and removal, you may experience the most comfortable periods of your life. It is so comfortable that you may forget you have your menstruation and your cup inside you. Our Heat Pack is great for menstrual cramps, other muscle cramps, or for a general heat source in cold environments such as cold office spaces or for chilly travel destinations. For special requests, just indicate them as a note in the order form before checking out. The Sinaya Wash is a biodegradable, non-fragranced soap for menstrual cups. It leaves no residue, making it ideal for cleaning silicone. Directions: Rinse the cup with water. Spread a few drops of the Sinaya Wash on the inside and outside surface of the cup. Rinse thoroughly with water before reinserting the cup. After your period, you may leave the Sinaya Wash on the cup for at least 1 hour before rinsing and storing. Ingredients: Aqua, sodium bicarbonate, plant-derived surfactant, sea salt, sodium benzoate, citric acid, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, potassium sorbate Product expiry 2 years after date of purchase. The portable "tabo" or bidet The Sinaya Sterilizer Cup is a foldable soft cup designed to wash, sterilize and store your menstrual period cups. Every first day of your monthly period, simply put your menstrual cup into the sterilizer cup with water. Place the lid lightly on top and put in the microwave with high heat for 1-2 minutes to disinfect - it is that easy! Wait for cup to cool before handling, or use a pot holder to avoid burning yourself. Make sure to lightly grip the cup to avoid the hot water from spilling and burning you. For travel and portability, you can fold your Sinaya Cup as shown in the images and store it in your collapsed Sterilizer Cup to replace the abaca bag. You may use the sterilizer as a portable bidet or "tabo" when on the go. For cleaning your Sinaya Cup in public restrooms, fill your Sterilizer Cup with clean water before going in the bathroom stall. Use the cup water to rinse your used Sinaya Cup before reinsertion.
