What will come in contact with your skin?

How to use:

1. Secure liner on your underwear by closing the snaps. The width of the liner is customizable.
2. Wear your underwear as usual. Reach inside the front of your underwear and adjust the top flap of the liner so that the upper edge covers the slit just above your clitoris.
3.  Reach inside the back of your underwear and adjust the lower flap of the liner so the lower edge is aligned with your anus.
4. Make sure to repeat the alignment process whenever you re-wear your underwear after using the toilet. The key to non-adhesive liners is diligent adjustment.

Note: Never use the liners with overly loose underwear.

Care Instructions:

• Pre-wash your new Sinaya Liner twice without drying to clean the liners Add a cup of white vinegar to the water you’ll be using to rinse.  Then have them dry outdoors. This process will disinfect and improve the absorbency of the cotton liners.
• For regular washing, Soak the used Sinaya Liner in cold water with laundry soap and baking soda and wash them by machine or hand.

Care Warnings:

• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents for washing
• Do not use fabric conditioner/softener. This decreases the absorbency and introduces harmful fragrance chemicals to your skin.
