Description
To Activate:
Flex the metal disc back and forth between both thumbs until crystals start to form.
Pressing on the gel inside will intensify the heat. (If the temperature is too extreme, wrap a thin towel around the heat pack before using.)
Use for muscle pain, especially with menstrual cramps.
To Recharge/Reactivate:
Place the hardened heat pack into boiling water.
Be sure to elevate the product from the bottom surface of the pan so it does not stick. Use a heat-resistant object such as a blunt utensil, piece of cloth or steamer rack. Boil until ALL CRYSTALS are completely liquefied, dissolved and melted. (Approx. 5-12 minutes)
**Good rule of thumb is to boil until ALL crystals inside are dissolved. If some crystals are left, you may set the boiled heat pack on a heat-safe surface and use the back of a spoon to crush the remaining crystals. Re-boil for 1-2 minutes to avoid the resolidification of your Heat Pack.
Remove and allow your Heat Pack to cool. Once cooled, your heat pack may be used again. You can reuse the Heat Pack for up to 300 times, or until the contents inside dissolves completely.

Please expect your order to be delivered within 1-5 days for Metro Manila and 2-7 days for other provinces from the ship out date. Please be advised that couriers are third-party providers and any delays with delivery are beyond our control. Feel free to reach out to us to help with any concerns regarding delivery issues. Please note that after 2 failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us and will be for re-delivery upon request. This may also incur additional delivery charges, so we ask to ensure that someone is available to receive your package.
Note: The tentative schedule of the shipments is on the first week of December, and we cannot guarantee the exact date for your order. You should receive it after 2-5 days after ship out. You will be updated with your tracking order through the email address you provided only after it has been picked up by the courier.
